"Rift Valley Masai"

This painting comes from memories of tall dark figures emerging from the dust of the Rift Valley.  I attended high school on the escarpment of the valley and we would sometimes go camping down in it on weekends.  We would often see the Masai herding their cattle among the acacia trees or walking in the wide open spaces.
